Madeira's customs houses were built in the 16th century and now are the home of our parliament, the Regional Legislative Assembly. This national monument allows you to visit the Chapel of Saint Anthony, the parliamentary assembly, the Noble Room and several places exclusive to Madeiran Heritage tours.

Important Information

The only way to visit the interior is via a guided tour, that is available on Fridays at 3:00 pm.
